T-34M - it is possible that one turret was installed on standard T-34 hull, while two hulls were either scrapped or used with standard T-34 turrets
T-24, one was sent to front in fall of 1941. Some were reworked to emplacements with 76mm L-10 gun:

T-29-4, sent to 22nd Tank Brigade in fall of 1941.
T-34/57 model 1941. - fall of 1941, At October 19th 1941. 8 remained in 8th Tank Brigade but w/o any ammo.
T-34/57 model 1943 - summer 1943, 3 were in "100th Special Purpose Tank Company" in August 1943. Passed front exams in August 15th - September 5th.
